Campfire fee must be paid for at the time of reservation and is non-refundable unless the Farm closes due to inclement weather, or the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled date.

Guests are responsible for the transportation of all party supplies to and from the campfire by hand or with the help of the Farm’s yellow wagons. Guests may not, under any circumstances, drive to the campfire.

Campfires will be started by Liberty Ridge Farm personnel.

With a campfire rental, you are welcome to bring in your own food and drink, no grills or alcoholic beverages. Roasting sticks included, don’t forget hot dogs & marshmallows!

If someone in your party requires transportation assistance from the parking lot to the campfire, please call (518) 664-1515 to coordinate

Guests may not arrive early or stay late to decorate/clean up

Each campfire is limited to a maximum of 20 guests. If your group is larger, you may reserve an additional campfire space.
